- November 1969
- Sogo Junyaku Co., Ltd. established with a capital of 1 million yen.
- Began manufacturing reagents within Sogo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s Sagamihara factory.
- January 1980
- Capital increased to 4 million yen.
- Company’s name changed to Sogo Trading Co., Ltd.
- Office opened at our present location; began importing, exporting, and marketing pharmaceuticals and chemicals.
- March 1981
- Became an agent for cough medicine ingredients from the United States and began importing and marketing said ingredients.
- August 1991
- Capital increased to 10 million yen.
- April 1994
- Sogo Pharmaceutical took over business rights to the pharmaceutical business of Dainippon Ink and Chemicals, Incorporated (currently DIC), with Sogo Trading handling sales.
- June 1997
- Became an agent for Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd.’s petroleum products.
- April 1998
- Began importing pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutical intermediates from Europe, India, and China.
- April 2000
- Capital increased to 20 million yen.
- April 2003
- Began importing and marketing food additives from China.
- August 2007
- Acquired a license to manufacture pharmaceuticals at our Sagamihara Pharmaceutical Storage Warehouse.
- October 2008
- Began importing and marketing pigments and pigment intermediates. Capital increased to 30 million yen.

- Acquired a license to manufacture pharmaceuticals at our Yokohama Pharmaceutical Storage Warehouse.
